RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver individualised support to students with special educational needs.
Develop, implement, and review Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
Adapt teaching strategies and resources to meet diverse learning needs.
Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records.
Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external specialists.
Foster an inclusive, supportive, and structured learning environment.
Support students' academic, social, emotional, and behavioural development.
Participate in professional development, school events, and extracurricular activities.
Uphold KES policies, safeguarding procedures, and professional standards.
